Set up your POT email in Microsoft Outlook 2019.

Add the account

1. Open Outlook 2019. If you already have an account, go to File → Add Account.

2. Enter your email address, click Advanced options, tick Let me set up my account manually, and click Connect.

3. Choose your account type: IMAP (keeps mail on the server, recommended) or POP (downloads and removes from the server).

4. Outlook detects the server settings — adjust if needed and click Next.

5. Enter your email password and click Connect.

Certificate warning? If you see an SSL/TLS certificate message, it usually means the mail server's certificate domain differs from your settings. We recommend securing your domain with a free Let's Encrypt certificate, or set the incoming/outgoing server to match the name on the certificate.

6. Wait for setup to finish and click OK. Your account is ready and Outlook sends a test email.
