Install Mods on Your Factorio Server

Adding mods to your Factorio server is quick.

Install a mod

1. Download the mod you want.
2. You usually don't need to unzip it (unzipping has been optional since v0.10).
3. Upload the mod into your server's mods directory — create the folder if it doesn't exist.
4. Make sure you also have the same mod installed on your own client.
5. Open the Mods menu and confirm the mod is enabled (changes require a restart).
